You need Flash Player 8 or above to view this movie. Get it here.

Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) is the leading cause of blindness in people aged 55 or over. Early symptoms include blurring to the centre of your vision and the distortion of straight lines. If you experience these symptoms, don’t put it down to age or the need for new glasses, see your Optician today, or talk to your GP. Regular eye health checks with your Optician are recommended.
